Terms & Conditions

At Magnolia Kitchen, we strive to provide your special occasions with seamless service in addition to excellent food. To help everything run smoothly from planning to service, we’ve outlined the following terms and conditions.

 

For Any Given Day orders:

  • Orders placed less than 48 hours before requested delivery/pick up time will not be filled

  • Custom requests may be turned down depending on our availability. Please look out for a confirmation email with a quoted price for any custom orders.​​

​For catering experiences:

  • To secure your catering experience date and time, a $150 deposit will be collected at the time of booking. This deposit will go towards the final bill for your catered event.

  • If an event is cancelled within 5 days of the chosen date and time, the client forfeits their deposit. However, you can rebook your event or choose a private dining experience instead.

  • A final headcount and menu must be chosen a week prior to your event. Any  additional guests can be added at the chef’s discretion.

  • Final invoices are due two business days after your event. Late payments will incur a $50 fee

  • Adequate prep space and refrigeration must be available upon arrival.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and accessible work environment.

  • The chef is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by insufficient kitchen facilities.

  • Pets must be secured away from food preparation and service areas for the duration of the event.

For private dining experiences:

  • To secure your private dining experience date and time, a $100 deposit will be collected at the time of booking. This deposit will go towards the final bill for your private dining experience.

  • A final headcount and menu must be chosen a week prior to your private dining experience. Any additional guests can be added at the chef’s discretion.

  • Final invoices are due two business days after your private dining experience. Late payments will incur a $50 fee.

  • A functional kitchen with running water, electricity, and standard appliances must be provided unless otherwise agreed.

  • Adequate counter space and refrigeration must be available upon arrival.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and accessible work environment.

  • The chef is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by insufficient kitchen facilities.

  • Pets must be secured away from food preparation and service areas for the duration of the event.
